   to make it more convenient for customers to check their account information,
   receive and pay bills electronically, and set-up auto payment of their water bill.

Frequently Asked Questions about EBilling/One-Time Payments

Q: Where do I find the ‘Authentication Token’ needed to enroll in E-Billing or make a one-time payment?

 A: The Authentication Token is unique to each customer and can be found on the billing statement. The Authentication Token on the sample statement is not valid.

Q: Where can I view my current or past billing statements?

 A: These statements can be viewed online by registering on this web page. You’ll need the Authentication Token from your bill statement to register.

Q: How do I ‘Go Green’ and sign-up for paperless bills or establish Auto-Pay?

 A: Once you register on this web page you will automatically be enrolled in E-Billing. You’ll get an e-mail when your next water bill has been issued. Go to ‘Account Summary’ to set-up automatic payment of your Maine Water water bill from a checking account or credit card (MasterCard or Visa).

Enrolling in Ebilling costs nothing and it’s beneficial to both the environment and the communities that we serve.
